Like what you've done there @pastry_bot. Might have to give that a go as I'm getting a bit peeved with the SQR on mine slipping around the seat post, AND rubbing on the mudguard.

Carradice Nelson mounted in the Skully Method with bungee. Seems pretty stable with no sway, although it needs proper testing. Made by Christine.
Hopefully it'll do away with the need for the annoying single pannier for work. And be pretty useful for camping trips. Proper old man bike now.
