If the Paragon rider who I crashed into on Lambeth road this morning (50m after he complimented me on avoiding a suddenly turning vehicle) is on here, I'm still really sorry! Not nice getting hit from behind.

Ooops, awkward. I think it's been discussed before but it is very easy to make a bad decision shortly after a near miss, probably due to the adrenalin still swishing about your system.

I think that is what happened. My road position and attention level was not appropriate.
There was a very cordial exchange after we were back on our feet. Nobody hurt and both bikes fine so it ain't no thang.

I DASd someone at the traffic lights in Regent's this morning - they had a black / grey rapha on and I had a blue gabba. I very much enjoyed their bizarre schriek in response to my yell.
Whodat?

Hi!
I think you 'endure' rather than enjoy RP laps.
I was probably looking relaxed as i had just decided i only had one lap to go. Good spin? I was all dressed up for the wet and massively overheating coz BBC weather is shite

Yeah it was pretty good. I really like fixed laps though as it matches up cadence and effort and speed - gears lull me into a false sense of effort. Speed drops and nothing to do but spin better. I thought I was working hard but be at 21.5 instead of 22.5 :( But did my hour ish and back home.
And yes I was way over dressed in my PTJ. Sweat city bro. You?
Yes most def me.
Also on that note, very shiney blue gangsta leant up next to mine at work.
Recognized it from around here somewhere
