  • Oh yeah, wasn't that obvious... that's a relief.

  • This statement confirms my presence, unless actual rain is actually falling from the sky, for Saturday.

  • The pad is not thicker than the classics bib. It's exactly the same.

  • I believe the actual rain is going to be actually falling from the sky

  • Shall we just say we went out, meet, and go to the pub?

  • Should we defer to Sunday?

  • I want to write something about my pass for Saturday being like the shadow kit. But I'm suffering a creative blockage.

  • (I'm only free on Saturday)

  • annoyed that I paid £15 more for the jeans ..

Hmmm, all six items in my order from 1st Jan, and which is due to be delivered today, have been reduced further.

    @amey & @danstuff

Just email customer services and they'll sort out the price difference. They've always been really good like that.

  • I don't wanna speak out of turn here Damian but that family of yours is a right fucking nuisance. Can't you bin em?

  • Just email customer services and they'll sort out the price difference. They've always been really good like that.

Too late. Substitute order has gone in, and the first tranche of items has left the building for Mr. Postie to take them back to Mr. Rapha. If that's the game, then I'm playing it.

  • Maybe bc my shorts are 1-2 years old. My classic/pt shorts don't have the "golf ball divots" in the pad, the aerosuit did, and it did feel fluffier / thicker to me.

  • Any reason why merino arm warmers are better than synthetic?

Also just to rant because no-one IRL cares, I lost my merino beanie after only wearing it a handful of times, just bought a replacement from the eBay outlet for £20... and the sky ones are on sale for £15! Total fucking bullshit.

Oh and if anyone wants those Rapha style woven belts John Lewis has lots of similar ones for le$$.

  • Any reason why merino arm warmers are better than synthetic?

They pack up a lot smaller, and I find them more comfortable than the standard Waffa warmers. However, they're not very windproof and of course are completely unwaterproof. A nice bit of kit to have, but the circumstances when you'll wear them are rather limited.

  • Cheers.

Despite my current spending ban I'm quite tempted by the Pro Team Light Wieght Gilet.... I do like the idea of the coral Brevet one, but can't really think what it will do that my wind jacket can't. Whereas having a very packable Gillette seems like a good investment.

  • Got to say in the unlikely event anyone doesn't have one of those neck buffs the sky one really is exceptional value atm

  • would anyone like my merino beanie? bought from the ebay outlet, worn once - £15

    the purple one of these

  • I know. They're holding me back from greatness.

  • That and your size.

  • Socks. Finally some socks; I even paid for shipping!

  • Merino socks are discontinued by the way. So do stock up.

  • Oi. I'm not that fat.

  • I like your covert stock monitoring, but you might want to wait for someone to buy them who is unbiased and didn't get a discount for a review...

  • Does this include the winter socks? One of mine has developed a hole :/
