  • Rapha is a retailer.

If they want to increase their pricing mid way through the year they can. If they want to pull a product from the inventory, they can.

Some companies will honour a price change, but there are fewer who do nowadays - why should they?

  • I just ordered the SHADOW set.

  • Could do. Then again, it's easy enough to take out the one item which hasn't been reduced further, slap on the free returns label, and put it in the outgoing post rack at work.

  • we'll need to get you one of those flashing LED collars people with use for walking their dogs in winter

  • Obvs I thought Rapha wouldnt do that

But you enjoy discount Rapha, no? Can't have it both ways.

I presume the further discounts are on stuff which has been selling less well to clear it. Makes sense to me.

I wanted a LS brevet jersey, I snoozed, I lost. It's OK because I shouldn't be spending anyway.

  • Bike lights? They still work bro.

  • Will you be wearing on TiK?

  • Anyone got the climbers shoes? Might grab a set of the White for summer.

  • £500+ for bibs and jersey? Don't hold your breath!

  • What are you going to do with all the saved money on bread and beer?

  • I am 6'3" and 75kg and wear medium. Go by your waist size rather than height.

  • Got a pair 6 months ago. They are very very comfortable, beautifully made & look great in blue.

  • Good stuff, I was a bit wary of velcro only but then realised I have been commuting in some velcro only MTB Giros for 3 years and they're still spot on so have pulled the trigger, can't go wrong for half price.

  • They are fuckin' awesome. Had mine since they came out, they have lasted well. I went for the black ones as I have white in the Grand Tour shoes.

  • Nice! And good luck!

  • I might wear on Saturday!

  • I need new bibs and was hoping to get the Classics but the price of the Pro Team Aerosuit is tempting me, is the bib bit of these any good? I'd probably be sticking a jersey or jacket over the top...

  • Not a bad shout given the forecast :-/

  • I need new bibs and was hoping to get the Classics but the price of the Pro Team Aerosuit is tempting me, is the bib bit of these any good? I'd probably be sticking a jersey or jacket over the top...

Do you mean the thermal aerosuit? Would be a bit weird wearing a jersey or jacket over the aerosuit as it's a hot weather garment. The bottom half is the equivalent of the lightweight proteam bibshorts.

  • If you have a short torso, the Aerosuit fitment may be an issue. Otherwise it's a nice piece. It fits skin tight, so if you are not lean and in athletic cycling shape you will look like a stuffed sausage (Mamils need not apply). The pad is thicker than the Classic bibs.

The Aerosuit is for being aero? Why would u wear something else on top of it? Also, u can't stuff much in the pockets, nothing bigger than a brevet/pt gilet, so ur going to wear a jacket on top of the suit the whole time? Makes no sense. Don't buy it just because of price point.

  • Hmm, do I need an aerosuit for TT training?

  • yes but its out of stock in your size

  • Looking forward to seeing your review on the shadow kit. At the current price point, they're definitely not flying off the shelves like I've seen other new release items in the past. Been "watching" the inventory go down by adding 9999 of the jersey in Medium lol. Only 6 sold in the last 24hrs

  • You will be able to remain hidden in the shadows until the time comes to attack.
