That sounds like quite a lot for not a lot of head tube angle - if I've got that the right way round.
I think when you're steering it'll feel a bit like it's trying to pull the steering out your hands. It doesn't sound like a huge amount on yours but if the bike has too much trail you won't be able to ride it with no hands because the steering will keep trying to pull away by itself. It might be hard work.
