  • Hmmm, all six items in my order from 1st Jan, and which is due to be delivered today, have been reduced further. I'll reorder everything today at the lower prices, and return the whole order from 1st Jan then. Seems a very odd way to do business.

  • Not odd at all.

    You could email customer services to see if they'd be kind enough to honour the lower price as you very recently bought the items at a higher price before going around the houses reordering and returning. Of course, they don't have to refund the difference, some companies do though, but there's no obligation.

  • Could do. Then again, it's easy enough to take out the one item which hasn't been reduced further, slap on the free returns label, and put it in the outgoing post rack at work.
