Rossendale. The drive in was uneventful tbh. Wet and windy but not the hell the news showed people near me were living.

Went over past Clowbridge on Boxing Day. "Puddles" on the road were about two feet deep and long enough that our car had its number plate come off.

Oh dear, all relative I suppose. Before the river and drains were altered a year back, it's been 10ft deep in Crawshawbooth twice since we've lived up here. With the river at its highest levels ever by a big margin, I was expecting not being to get through.
