    The contract is between the sender and the courier. RM will tell you that you have no claim against them.

    The most the postie can do is check that their isn't an parcel waiting for you (red card gone astray or such like), but they aren't going to confirm that they haven't done something they didn't know about.

    Open a Paypal claim.

  • This is my stance as well. Hoe can the post office prove that they haven't sent me something they have no clue about?! I've emailed the company back saying as much.
    I think there's a chance it could be stuck in customs. I'll wait a few weeks longer and if it still doesn't turn up I'll get paypal involved.
