I've only got part of below the knee done but compared to everywhere else on the leg I've had tattooed (hip to knee, all around the thighs) it was a piece of cake. i'd second what stevep said and go for the calf if you're looking for the least pain, but tbh i think you should go for wherever you actually want the tattoo over that. you might find after us saying all this that you have different sensitivities. also, different parts of my thighs hurt different amounts so ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
tl;dr ascending order of pain, probably: calf, thigh, childbirth, kneecaps

I had this done and it wasn't that painful as such, but my leg just couldn't control itself and kept twitching, so just wondered how does it compare to the more center / back of the leg...
And I have 2 pieces lined up this year - 1 is going to the thigh as it's big ish, the other is probably about hand size so it could go anywhere really, still got plenty of skin going...

Went for a touch up at Good Times today with NOON and next thing I know, I paid a deposit for a new appointment in July. The consultation lasted 2o seconds and consisted of 3 sentacnes in total... What have I done now?
