I've only got part of below the knee done but compared to everywhere else on the leg I've had tattooed (hip to knee, all around the thighs) it was a piece of cake. i'd second what stevep said and go for the calf if you're looking for the least pain, but tbh i think you should go for wherever you actually want the tattoo over that. you might find after us saying all this that you have different sensitivities. also, different parts of my thighs hurt different amounts so ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
tl;dr ascending order of pain, probably: calf, thigh, childbirth, kneecaps

My calves were terrible.
After speaking to others, this is often the case.
Least painful part of my body was the front of my thighs just above kneecaps.
Calves were really uncomfortable, not sure if j made a mistake having them both done in the same session.
No pain no gain though.

Went for a touch up at Good Times today with NOON and next thing I know, I paid a deposit for a new appointment in July. The consultation lasted 2o seconds and consisted of 3 sentacnes in total... What have I done now?
A serious question, which bit of the leg hurt the least?
