Yes, get hold of the gpx and download/ put it into the newfiles folder.

Does it act as a USB drive when you plug it in to a computer?
If it acts like an 800 or 810 then you just copy the .gpx file into the Garmin/NewFiles directory and then reboot the device. If you're lucky, the course will then appear in the Courses list.#800 #810
You might have to create the Garmin folder if it doesn't already exist, but it should.

I'm trying to transfer a course onto the device so I can follow it/use it for navigation. Can I use manual upload for that?
