Alonso thinks 2.5 seconds gain is possible. And Adrian Newey thinks that Honda's PU will have the biggest gains over the off season, since they, Red Bull, were allowed to see data in their failed negotiations for a new PU.
Team Haas say they are targeting Q2 and points from the very first race. Is this just promotional talk, to get more investors on board, or is the a reasonable expectation?
My prediction is that Nico finishes the year above Lewis on points. The momentum he built up towards the end was immense.
Lastly, which team will be the one to design the most effective blown exhaust system? If Newey does, that would put Redbull right back into the game.
Its a couple months away, but I'm excited at Haas, Honda and Renault. Ilmor's input at Redbull will be interesting too.
