I have just made dark chocolate / hazelnut spread as I love nutella but am aware it's full of filth.
Given it's just blended nuts, cocoa, melted dark choc and a very small amount of honey, how long do you reckon it will last in an airtight pot in the fridge? There's no oils or milk / cream in it so like to think it will have a few weeks? Not that I see it lasting very long...
