I second that. Tim Anderson is a really smart, sweet and funny dude and I really like his food. He digs Brixton and decided to set up a restaurant there rather than anywhere else. Not everything new sucks.

except his ramen noodles. which were far too salty.

Simon's new year's resolution is to book our dinners out more as I always organise them. I've already hinted big time about Nanban.

Heh. The Namban noodles I had at Market Place were really fricken good. Spoke to Tim briefly after service too. I like him. Meh.

That rum place is horrific. They should hand out comedy rasta hats with integral dreds at the door.

tried to get a table there a few weeks back as my mum's mum was in town - she ruddy loves the noodles. Got told to do-one by the owner. he just stood there, pointing to the sign in the window. what a bastard.
