I have the XL (top tube 570) 2015 and I'm 179cm. Photo of my current setup:

I think the XXL gonna feel a little big thats my concern actually and i am between the XL and the XXL. I used to have the first cinelli mash frameset at size XL years ago

I am planning to put 170mm crankset and 110mm stem..

Yea, the xxl is 30mm longer, I have also 110mm stem and 170 crankset on mine. But I have long arms and legs...
