I was planning on building a lovely new bike over xmas but the frame I ordered on 17th Dec still hasn't shown up (thanks PBK you useless shits).

So my poor old Ribble is running a stinky old chain and cassette which I'm too afraid to change in case it's so worn that I need new chainrings as well.
