Every morning 3 tbsp with breakfast. Good stuff indeed and the fibre-overkill makes my poop ultra smooth. I don't keep in fridge though. It keeps well for months in a jar or even the bag it came in.

I ate a bag of linwoods flaxseed over the period of a month or so and didn't keep it in the fridge as I didn't read the storage instructions. I'm not dead.
I also eat energy bars / gels that are over 6 months out of dead. I live life on the edge

I buy 500gram bags so they dont last longer than 3-4 weeks. It has never spoilt outside the fridge and neither I have read the instructions. YoLo.

My understanding with flaxseed was the fresher the better, so buy whole seeds and blend it yourself and use ASAP otherwise air, light etc will degrade it. I'm sure any is better than none.
