Porteur/basket as opposed to panniers.

I'm not what you'd call a tourer.

Cycling between Bilbao and San Seb nearly killed me years ago.

I was only kept alive by regular wine and pintxo stops.

In that case something like the old Soma, Velo Orange porteur etc. will do the jobs.

steel fork + porteur rack should help keep it feeling stable and solid, like a LHT fork.

Cheap porteur rack work fine, but I find them rather flexy due to the construction.
