@EB if it's omega 3 you want in your diet, whizzed up flaxseed/linseed is great over ya breakfast cereal. I keep a jar in the fridge cause it's gotta be fresh.
Every morning 3 tbsp with breakfast. Good stuff indeed and the fibre-overkill makes my poop ultra smooth. I don't keep in fridge though. It keeps well for months in a jar or even the bag it came in.
