Christmas break nearly over and I fixed up a few bikes while in France.
The "La Poste" delivery whip (made in 2000 by CycleEurope) is now complete.
Central stand has been cleaned up and painted black.
Front tyre has been changed to a new one.
Rear sprocket have been changed from a 22t to a 18t to give a more suitable GI (front chainring is circa 32t).
I am happy with the work done on the roller brakes, I have never dealt with them before so it is good to learn something new.
I also serviced a small 1978 Arc-En-Ciel steel bike.
It is 49cm squared with 600A wheels which are 541mm in diameter so you could also use 650c or 26" wheels on it.
Loads of new parts on it, although I know it is still not worth much (it will hit the classified shortly).
New inner/outer brake cables in red, new red bar tape, used aero levers, new Michelin City J 600A x 37mm tyre, used KMC track chain, new 18t freewheel, new brake pads, Pivotal saddle and seatpost (which have been in the parts box for over 3 years...).
