If it doesn't use comics sans, I'm not down.

The Rapha font is a bit Comic Sans, no?

Well... slightly worried about how it's actually going to look when it arrives. Hoping for 'nicely pastel' rather than 'snot'.
Get a matching helmet - I just bought one for £21

Dunno what you lot are chatting about, I look shit hot in a Gabba. Rapha offers a looser cut for the fuller figure, I hear...
-
• #23956
Maybe it has to accomodate the more generously proportioned MAMIL.

Fugliness? They look fairly inoffensive on the site

How do pro team bibs/ tights size up? I've not owned Rapha bibs before, but I'm a medium in their jerseys and normally a medium in bibs by others (e.g. Santini)
-
• #23959
I'm a medium in their club fit jerseys, small in classic bibs and medium in pro team.
Rapha pro team jerseys look quite MAMIL on me. YMMV. -

If I wanted baselayer seams in my t-shirts I'd by a baselayer.
Outlier does proper ones, too expensive though..

anyone here work at Rapha in store? trying to co-ordinate a gift exchange but don't have receipt, am not in London, and it's turning into a ball-ache...
-
• #23962
Retailers love a ball-ache.

Got given a hardshell jacket, bought in store, too wee, emailed about sending it back a few days ago, went on sale today, get reply saying I have to post it back for exchange by which point they'll all be sold out, in which case I am only entitled to the sale price? bullshit... Guy I spoke to in store was nice, but it's head office that need to do it apparently. Much unimpression happening.
-
• #23964
All you need to do is put one aside in my colour and size you arsey cunt!
-
• #23965
Where's the receipt?
-
• #23966
location unknown, it was a joint present from relations... at this rate I'll need to take the train down myself and swap it for xs shoe covers or something.
-
• #23967
Just take it in-store and swap it.
-
• #23968
I'm in Glasvegas or I would happily do so...
-
• #23969
Well it's not Rapha's fault then.
-
• #23970
I'm just trying to do a straight swap-no jiggery pokery involved if someone could make the mammoth effort to put the desired size aside until mine is safely returned? It seems a bit of a shitter to be left £65 short between the difference of the rrp and sale value just for want of the receipt, especially because I emailed before it even went on sale...

• #23971
There is no method for 'putting aside' products purchased in store against the web stock holding. That's not how it works unfortunately.
-
• #23972
I've offered to send it back to store at my expense for straight swap too... I know there's stock control etc but putting a jacket on the shelf for a couple of days till it arrives doesn't seem like the most onerous of tasks facing store management if you care about customer service.

• #23973
Why not ring up buy the new one have it put aside then get your money back on the other or both and get one from castelli !
-
• #23974
No way to return the gifted one without the receipt, I'd guess
-
• #23975
Well seeing as its their own product that looks a bit dodgy ?
Not a Rapha man?
