I have had mine for 10 years now, although it was converted to fixed around 5 years ago.

I tried my hand at converting an old Raleigh 5 speed racer last week for a friend who destroyed the gearing, between trying to get the chain tension right on the rear dropouts and spoking the rear wheel I gave up.

Conversions are beauts though,bringing old gals to life

Fixed gear certainly isn't dead , maybe dying but there is a few of us left.
