seriously, i would not suggest you buy 2ndhand handlebars from someone you don't know or trust.
aluminium can snap if it has been involved in a crash, it's not worth it

BTW my advice is to fit them with lock-on grip, see how you get on with it, if it felt a little wide, move the grip a little narrower until the width felt right.
Then get them cut from a LBS or use a pipe cutter.

Looking for a deep carbon rear wheel, possibly 80mm+ deep, i've been advised already to get novetec hubs, but confused on whats good, light , fast and reliable ! thanks !

Planet X do some 80mm deep wheels. Pretty reasonably priced too. I bought some and changed to Dura ace hubs now on my road bike.

Get them from China then. Farsports are great. 88mm deep is deep enough I take it? a few of us have got their rims or fully built wheels and we'd vouch for them.

I would like some narrow risers. Like 380mm wide. Would that be ok. would I need to change the stem??
