I always found the standard LS Jersey to be a bit too thin to be useful. Is the brevet thicker?
Rapha says "A visible, warm garment for long rides where versatility is paramount" so I presume the warm bit means it is thicker than a standard jersey but haven't seen them side-by-side.
If it helps, I wore mine today with a merino sleeveless base and a brevet gilet today and I was toasty. Not remotely cold.
