Yeah the etrex isn't any better. I asked a few peoples, no more reliable than my 1000.
So don't think it's the holy grail of a reliable garmin.

Etrex 30; the one with the batteries from the supermarket? Who what when? Speak up or forever shut.

Yeah with batteries.

A guy I met in Italy. Asked him how it was, and he just looked at me and said like every other garmin.
