This frame is so rad. I love it.
Cool build, even if a classic wheelset would be lighter. What's this bullhorn? It doesn't look exactly like Mavic. -

I have considered letting my Rychtarski Max/Spirit frameset go for sale (including Columbus Fel forks, 120mm 3T Arx painted to match stem and maybe Sram Red crankset and CK headset)
PM me.

How much in time/cash will you have to give up to get a relatively basic Rychtarski? Approx.
-
• #184
£800-£900
-
• #185
Paid approx £620 for my two first ones. (steel forks) About 4-5 weeks incl shipping. Prob around £800+ with carbon forks.

From the horse's mouth:
It is very hard to have a price list for custom made frames... Let me say that the price for steel
frame from Columbus CROMOR painted with one color starts from 700 euro.
For Columbus Zona, Life, SL frame the price is 750 euro
For Columbus Spirit, MAX frame the price is 800 euro.
Filet brazed cost 100 more.
Delivery time 2-4 weeks
Payment by bank or paypal
Paypal +5%
Min 200 euro deposit(forks are 150 euro IIRC)
I ended up paying about £760 all in for Spirit main tubes, MAX rear triangle and MAX forks.

He wants €1750 for the frameset :~(
-
• #189
Wow! A steep price.
-
• #190
Lol, just get them to build you a brand new one exactly the same for substantially less, if someone actually wanted that.
-
• #191
I think the fact it's Columbus Air withseatpost is the reason it's so pricey
-
• #192
Can you still get a frame built with Columbus air tubes? Or are they no longer available?
-
• #193
They don't have them anymore. Actually, whenever a Rych TT on flat tubes pops up they try to buy it off.
-
• #194
There's a set on ebay for $800 right now

Hey nice topic guys! Mine is arriving soon at home. Full zona tubset with a Columbus Mud disc fork. With 3 bottle cages and eyelets for rackmount :)

Interesting ..

Damn, he really nails some builds but can't do the most basic of stuff sometimes. A shame. I'd probably still go back to him for another though.
@umop3pisdn fair. Missed that bit.

looks dangerous.

• #199
surely skinny forklegs like that arent enough for disc brake?

Those massive thru axle dropouts might make proportions look weird. I've had similar skinny forks, didn't die.
I like the idea whatever is in the fridge will make a nice meal is the way to build a bike.
