58cm Genesis Flyer build

This is a Genesis Flyer frame which I got resprayed at Armourtex, I forget the RAL number but it's like a very dark green, it looks almost black until you see it in the sun and it reveals a kind of liquorice/deep browny/green colour. I've chopped and changed bits over the years - front wheel is a BLB Harry Rowland hand build. Rear is a Deep V from BLB. Other parts are fairly standard. BB, Headset, Chain, Chainring & Cog (44/17) all replaced in the past 6 months and I haven't really been using it recently so all fairly good nick. A pretty light, solid & and fast bike. Pedals are currently SPDs but I'll include some clear plastic flats from Chari & co with Hold Fast straps. Stem set up is personal and can swap it out for a shorter lower one if needs be. Bit gutted to be selling it but need the space and the cash :) £180. I'm in Brockley.

Good price for the full bike. I'm 6ft and ride a 58cm of this frameset. It fits great

Hi there, does the frame give enough clearance for 28c tyres with full mudguards?
Does it have brazings that allow for a full mudguard?
