Tracking at the Bowl is all out of whack, he can do 3-6 laps of it before the tracker picks him up again AFIUI.

But yes, I was wondering the same thing

Yep, the tracking points are roughly every 5 minutes, if you're doing laps of a small circuit (the MK bowl is 1km IIRC) then it's not going to have you going very far at all between points.

But usually something is uploaded to Strava by now.
