Thanks @HerrJ, no it's definitely Nuovo Record, 6th Generation I think with the cut outs on the rear plate not the front, and a much slimmer profile than the GS
EDIT: It's not the best photo of it I admit, you can't really see the profile but it is like this:

Those two are two different ones.
I am really sure you have the Gran sport one, since you have the added lip to the front fork changer, this lip was added in 1978 by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission because they decided that the flat fork was unsafe.

Very nice project! But, correct me if I am wrong, your front mech is actually a gran sport (campagnolo 3600/NT) not a record one.
