Yes they had already sold a stake to a "Belgian family" which they are saying were not InBev and they have been brewing in Belgium. They also had some crowdfunding very recently so everyone who went for that is now mega pissed off. Apparently the InBev deal was only done today so they can build a brewery in Enfield but all sounds fishy to me.
