I just picked up a new (well second-hand) laptop for my parents to replace their crappy desktop running XP.
It's got Windows 7 on it now but obviously there is the option of a free upgrade to Windows 10.
For those who've used it, is it worth it or will it just prove confusing compared to running Windows 7 given they're coming from XP?
10 is fine. Start menu is back and nothing else is so different that it'll confuse. Certainly if they're coming from XP then it'd take no more time to get used to 10 than it would 7.
