Got my cold brew on as it's warming up here.
Using a hario mizudashi and its so easy and delicious.
I recommend lots of ice and a bit of half and half.

are you using bottled water for the cold brew, if so are you using the same water for the ice?

yeah, I'd use the same water for the ice. It makes up half your brew, so will make a difference.

no, just plain old tap water for both. The water here is really soft though, so I've never been tempted to get in bottled water for my coffee machine either.
