There was a huge tradition of lo-pro TT bikes from the 80's and early 90's too - probably before and since as well, but that seems to be the boom years, after that it became all about the aero-bars, and keeping a flat top-tube while road bikes started sloping the other way. Probably some UCI regulation changes. (And I have two fixed gears already).

Shouldn't a lo-pro be fixed. Looks like an interesting build.
