Had a "look" on there but can't find any KG 221 sets. Was wondering if anyone knows anywhere that prints ones up?

What happened to the original forks?

This is how I got it. Bought off @inkleined who had stripped the decals off it.

I've only ever seen them with blue forks to match the frame. My old one (and others) here -

I guess whoever had it before swapped them out at some point. Still like they suite it so not too bothered.

Any experience with the headsets on look KG233 frames? I fitted a standard 1 inch headset and no matter how tight I do it up (even so I can't turn the handlebars...) there's still a bit of play...

Where is the play?

Hope the headtube hasn't wore out (due to bad installation of headsets in the past)

If I put my finger under the top race/nut and rock the bike forward against its brake I can feel there is play there.

I will perhaps take it apart again to check on the bearing placement - but I'm fairly sure that wouldn't be the issue

Got this rolling today, but need decals. Looking out for some Cosmics or something similar to finish it off, and a new stem, something titanium... No doubt other parts will change along the way.

Finished my KG243 today and I'm pretty pleased with the result. Just have to change the rear tub.

You're serious? LOL. I'm sorry to say but no, I didn't. I actually didn't change the photo since I posted it so I guess something went wrong elsewhere. I'm using Tinypic.com to adapt photo's for use on fora so probably they messed up.

BTW: I hate dogs. And I see my bike at this moment, you guys don't??
