Spotted you this evening riding through Wandsworth on the Nelson, about 8.30pm.

@tallsam went for pizza, it was fucking windy!

Pretty much done, got the red ano seat clamp and the lovely buzzy wi freewheel.

Also fits nicely now. Need to rotate the bars down a bit maybe?

46 x 17 ratio fine for going to work on and got some sks full mudguard to go on just need to sort out those axle runner things

That looks nice. My mash sscx is cranks and bb away from being built.

I preferred the Mash with the other ratio but whatevs.

Bars would appear to require rotating down a touch

Visually me too, but for commuting through London it was really annoying. Will still keep the 34 and stick that and some knobbly tyres on to do some off roading

I used to commute on 39-16 which was great and means you do some light off road

I will probably get a smaller one in the future.

But @IR kindly gave me this one so its fine for now

Are archetypes any better in quality than the DT R 460 DB? They are nearly double the price.

Bit late for that, but you can get something lighter than the DT if you're after a rims with no braking surface, like the ZTR Iron Cross.

Move levers a little higher, then rotate the bars down a little more.

Nelson rad as always :) What sticker do you have on the front? It is not the original one(mine is damaged due to some wd40).

Good work on the Mash! The little touch of red is interesting. Are you planning to go for a red anodized headset? The wheelset is comming from the Brooklyn isn't it?

Forgot to post a picture of this when I took it off roading back home over xmas, bought the only knobbly tyres that where available in halford and had a blast with my brother.

Bike is much more fun off road than on road, but has been serving me well as a commuter.
