I can understand the Pedersen urge, they are intriguing beasts. I too am getting into dangerous n+1 territory. Having sold off an old Rockhopper and a lovely Lemond frameset, I have now bought a BMC from Soul and a Klein from Two Omegas and now, supposedly just for its groupset and wheels, I am eyeing up a Colnago with a paint job that I can see myself getting attached to. But I can still put my hand on my heart and say I only have 2 whole bikes.

Sure thing - as I'm not actually riding these bikes much at the moment, I'm not bothered about size or whether they're fully functioning, just give me your paypal address and I'll bung you whatever you're asking. Oh wait, money's run out...

Oh shit.
It's all changed again.
Now I've decided I want to sell all that vintage bollocks (except the fixies) and fund a possibly last bike ever bike.
Thru axles, discs, proper lighting routing, racks everywhere, maybe rolhoff but probably one of those crazy 40-14t cassettes. Di2? Maybs. Would be great to have no more wire cables.
This could be fun.

Surly Crosschecker fat tires for off road/touring
Surly steamroller - do anything bike.
Surly pacer - summer riding/club rides.Same frame tough, bombproof and comfortable. keeps this 57 happy as I get older and slower.
At least, I get to appreciate the flora and fauna more. -

Got 16 now I think I may have enough until I spot something else I want. Running out of space though now.
Dredging...
Got my eye on the one bike I always wanted, a Pedersen. They're just wonderful.
That will make 8. Maybe time for an n-1 phase...
