  • I'm just not consistent enough on the peak flow meter

    It's easy to get a low outlier, e.g. I did 620/610/550 after my roller session this evening. If you do 3 attempts and two of them are within a 20l.min-1 range, they're likely the correct measure. If you get a high outlier, try a couple more times to see if you can repeat it as high outliers are less common.

  • 490,530,560,520,550 - on waking
    550, 560, 550, 610, 590, 550 - after puffer

    540, 450, 510, 530, 510, 530 - after ride
    600, 570, 580, 540, 580, 520 - after puffer
