I'm just not consistent enough on the peak flow meter
It's easy to get a low outlier, e.g. I did 620/610/550 after my roller session this evening. If you do 3 attempts and two of them are within a 20l.min-1 range, they're likely the correct measure. If you get a high outlier, try a couple more times to see if you can repeat it as high outliers are less common.
If it's working, you should get a noticeable improvement in a minute and peak effectiveness within about ten.
