I've removed the image from the first post. Generally we try to avoid tipping off those involved.
As it goes with these things, I'm happy to help out and in this case I do have contact details, IP address, email, etc.
However, I can't give the details directly to you. You should have the police contact me, I can reply with details to police requests or other reasonable legal requests.
They should then handle it.
This has worked in the past on a few occasions, and a few people have found themselves in court too. Helping deal with stolen items is one of the more joyful things I do from time to time, so please have the police contact me on the details I've already privately given to you.
To anyone else reading who may have items of theirs that have been stolen appear on here... that's the process. You need to get the police to contact me with a request for info, and I help as best I can with whatever I have. There's no shortcut around the official channels, but they can be very effective (I know, I answer police requests every month or two and I am always impressed that it's taken seriously and handled well).
