Dunno about best but 7dayshop seem good bang for buck.

Fujitsu Pro, they are Eneloops in different packaging as are the AAs they brand.

GP Recyko are pretty good and I can vouch that they definitely don't go flat if unused, even after more than 6 months. I think my first lot are in their 6th winter now and they're still going strong.
