Thanks. Actually, I like riding in this weather; it's not cold (as long as you keep moving) and it's not windy, it's just dark and wet. However I did get a pinch flat from a pot hole coming down Dollis Hill Lane, which wasn't much fun.

Fantastic work, Polka Dot, but is it really legitimate to tag things out of Chaplin films? :)

Back in my neighbourhood but not sure if I fancy descending to get that. Great tag!

Wonderful photo and chapeau for heading down there.

For the new page.
Most excellent tag.
Fabulously dark inna Pit-in-the-Pendulum kinda way.
I often wonder where the drains in there lead to.....
They must go somewhere..... -

Just worked out where it is, and it makes it an even more excellent photo in my book. Not sure I want to go and get it though!

It's not that bad.
Time it right and you'll outpace the nonsense around you. -

Lots of water, much dilution. Must be homepathy...

I think I can narrow this down quite quickly.....

^ Very good.
I believe access to where the shot was taken from is time restricted, but is you ask Sir Ian nicely he might let you onto his back balcony which has a view of what I assume is the subject of the photo.

OK
So I've been there.
It is not accessible to the public after dark. Middleofnowhere was right.
Dave4's shot was taken from opposite Ramsey's eatery on Narrow Street, looking upstream with the lock which allows boats access to Limehouse basin to the right of the shot.
If I sound a tad irate it is because I cannot get my head around how to upload images using the festering pile of smeg that flickr has become.
Why, oh why. oh why did I sign up to this utter, utter dis-service?
I'm going to go and make some risotto.
Excellent photography, @Polka_Dot
