I'd be keen on some away from screen time, after my demigapyah I'm well into a bit or IRL/meatspace.

No man, I have only a 12" laptop with no discrete GPU (running Linux). I've considered running DayZ via Wine at N64 settings just for a bit of fun, mainly to hang out with you guys in Chernarus again, but I've never got around to that.

Booo... you never know, I've seen it running OK on IRIS, not even at N64.
Also, I'll prob mess this PC build up so you can have first dibs on the pieces...
