I have the same problem. I have to change the straps between cycling with it and walking. Although I doubt I wear it properly adjusted on either.

What do you mean by changing the straps?
No matter how I lengthen the shoulderbelt it doesn't feel right -

changing the length of the shoulder straps and how high it sits on my back.

Good to know that I'm not alone though.
I still want to know how others handle the intense struggle. Tell me guys! -

Cmon guys, lemme hear you!

This isnt a bag specific problem, I'd imagine a lot of people have/have had this problem, do a bit more searching.

I don't have the Problem with the other bags I have so I thought it might be bag specific

I think you've mentioned exactly what the bag is designed for and that is on the bike, your back is curved, and the padded sections at the back sit on your back while the middle lets the air flow, but off the bike it has a huge gap in the middle - the Infinity does the same thing although it's harness system is a bit different:
The rigidity of the bag at the back, whatever they use to reinforce it seems to make it that way, great on the bike, not so good off the bike.

Same problem here. Great bag on the bike, shite when on foot.
No amount of adjustment has solved this for me.
I got mine in August 2015 while my trip in Korea (the sexy Macaframa one) and I have been struggling since.
When I'm on my bike it smooches my back nicely but while standing straight the weight seems to rest just on the shoulders and the spot right above my butt where the belt of my pants usually is.
As a result I always stand a bit bent forward what I reckon can't be good for my back.
How does your Challenger fit?
