Was going to post up but thought I'd let one of you Rams fans get the honour.Did like the bit where he talks about top top top players still needing to be excited and challenged by training, which meant giving them less space and time.

Got a lot of time for Clement he did a good job at chelsea and seeing him grow under Ancelotti has been great, I hope he continues to do a great job. Haven't seen Derby play this season are the fans happy with the way he sets up the team style of play ?

If we get promoted don't be too surprised to see Zlatan in a Derby shirt next season (taps pisti's nose etc.). I'm pretty sure he won't want to play in the championship for Chelsea...
