Leaving a club one game into the new season tends to do that to someone's reputation.

they've had foreign managers in before who are all about the pretty football, Martinez, Sousa, Laudrup, he's older sure, but Jenkins has taken a punt on managers who have been a bit of a punt before.
If the media reports are correct (and I@m not saying they are) right now it's all about keeping Swansea in the PL for the next big round of TV Money. Bielsa and new manager bounce might be the trick to doing that..

Why would employing Bielsa fit with Swansea's template.
But it does mean he's virtually unemployable.
