  • Sore ankle from Monday's 5-a-side not subsided completely but it seemed to be ok on my latest 6x1km intervals. Hopefully a gentle swim this afternoon will take away the aching as I've got a HM commute scheduled for tomorrow.

    [EDIT] Dunno what swimming does but it's magic. Wasn't even kicking (I had a pull buoy between my legs) but 40 minutes in cool water and 82 push offs from the wall and all the pain has gone.

    Unfortunately this means I'm clear for my long run in to work tomorrow.
