I had a (faulty) D7000 and upgraded to a D7100 (for free by the shop due the shitty camera/ customer service)
I like it, find it easy to use, but it's quite large and heavy (much like me)
It's the pinnacle of Nikon DX cameras, so it's going to be decent.
From what's can gather the differences are minor. Mainly Video related I seem to remember. (71k vs 72k)
What's the difference in price and what else would you need?
Get a decent speed SD card, I had a cheap shitter that crapped out the camera, buffered and stalled. Got a UHS1 and was all good. (also dual SD slots FTW)lines starting with a 'greater than' denote quoted text

^Last one.
@DethBeard Ta v much. Liking the look of 7200.
Think it's about 660g without battery?
My old D60 is about 450g.
Hoping no too noticeable.
Read a load of blurb which makes me think it is on a par with 7D.
:o)

Polarizing filters - I fucking hate 'em, what about you?
I'm thinking about getting the B+W MRC w/nano coating. -

Cheers, I was happy with the detail as they are so dark. Hard to catch the colours.
