I've gone mad and need to fund something irrational that I can't possibly maintain, but hey ho.
Here be an exceptionally nice COOKIE frame in 653 with Cinelli lugs (all?) and Columbus Dropouts in 55 square and 126OLD. It really is superb. The paint has seen better days that's for sure, but It would be sacrilege to repaint it. I was thinking of treating it then a layer of lacquer to keep it going. No, I have no idea who the builder is, very little info about it, but it's shit hot quality.
It's actually a forum bike from a while back. No dents/dings or any such.
Why sell? 1. Too many goddamned bikes 2. It's annoyingly too big. I'd need a 50mm stem to feel right on this.
Comes with SystemX 100mm stem, post and a Campag headset.
This steed, from the very short and uncomfortable ride I experienced on it was amazing. I now seek to jump from alloy back to steel in the future
