In an effort to reduce sweaty back and tired shoulders I packed minimum (plus unnecessary drink, possibly necessary waterproof) for a work day in the waist bag and ran in as normal.
Being slightly over packed it bounced alot & rubbed my back sore (friction chafing) and bruised my hips. Had to abandon half mile from work and walk the rest.
Was going to be running part way home but now will be walking instead. It's ok for light loads but not for commute. sadface.jpg /csb
