Until football mans up and reduces squads to 16 players and subs to 1 a match fans will be paying over fifty per cent of this profession to warm it's Arse on a bench

Obviously its easy to think you could really be the Leicester of the Midlands if it wasn't for TP, but you could just as easily be the Forest, Coventry, Derby, Wolves etc. (Generally football fans don't think that way though)

We also have more resources than the bournemouths and other newly promoted clubs over the last five or six years. West brom fans would be illusions if they think we won't get relegated one day so why not enjoy it? I'm not even that anti pulis as the malaise runs through the club. It's got to the stage now where I can't be bothered to catch them on tv when they've won. And judging from the empty seats at home matches and the poor away support fans have decided they have better more entertaining things to spend their money on. This is the entertainment industry after all

Last season, and the beginning of this were both on the slow side but, in the last 10 games, we've played well. At home, we've been hard working & in parts, genuinely exciting. We're not Leicester but we are moving in that direction.

Klopp needs to address the mentality of failure that is in the very woodwork of Anfield.

It sounds like it was a shit game, Klopp is trying to foster a decent spirit between the team and the fans. It sounds like, maybe he thought the team should go and "appreciate" the fans for watching, supporting, and paying. Reminding the team who they play for.

Can't believe all you whoppers complaining about the style of football you're playing when you're safe in mid-table.

Every team has shown up in some games this season apart from Villa. Even the shite that are Sunderland and Newcastle. Bournemouth, Watford, Norwich, Swansea - all pulling off 'shock' results, where we just get beaten game after game. Fucking abject and depressing.
Our only tiny glimmer of hope is to start a run over the next 4 games, 3 of which are 6-pointers, but I just know that Newcastle will do us on Sat.

8 of us across 3 generations are going to Villa Park on Boxing Day to see the last rites of Villa as a premier league side. Dark times.

You've played maybe three good games since Klopp joined. Everything else in the last two seasons has been turgid rubbish.

I think you might have to wait a while before you can call out other teams for playing in a particular way.

Fair point, I mean these fans have travelled from Oslo, Kent, Essex and Dublin and spent a lot of money doing so. A bit of appreciation back for the fans I suppose
